Terms of Service

1. Who we are
FlowStudio ("we," "us") is a website design studio and a FenceFlow company. These terms govern the websites and related services we provide to you ("you," "the client").
2. The service
We design and build a website for your business. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the price is $500 flat, one time. We build the first version before you owe anything; payment is due only if you approve the site and choose to make it live.
3. Payment
Payment is due on approval, before the site goes live on your domain. US clients pay by card via a secure payment link; Canadian clients pay by Interac e-Transfer. Optional add-ons (such as an ongoing care plan or Google Business Profile cleanup) are billed separately and only if you request them.
4. Domains and hosting
You own your domain name and purchase it yourself. We point it to your site. If you take an optional care plan, we handle hosting and maintenance for the monthly fee; you can cancel anytime, and the site remains yours.
5. Content and ownership
You are responsible for the content you give us — business details, text, photos, and logos — and you confirm you have the right to use them. Once the site is paid for, it is yours. We may show the finished design in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Revisions
The build includes reasonable revisions to get your site right. Substantial new scope added after approval may be quoted separately.
7. No guarantees
We build fast, modern, professional websites. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, or specific business results — anyone who promises you a #1 Google ranking is not being honest.
8. Cancellation
Either of us can walk away before approval. If you do not approve the site, you owe nothing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here.
